Diversity trainer responsible for a broad range of training within the non- profit and corporate sector.  Major seminar diversity trainer, life skills coach, and college lecturer at several institutions and corporations across the country. 

Major player in recruitment/advertisement of a 55,000 national event as Director of Reconciliation at Promise Keepers.  Establishment of Relationship Academy a Non Profit Marriage Enrichment Organization.  His long term goal is to develop a faith based non-profit organization which will help organizations, families, couples, and individuals struggling to maintain cohesive relationships.   He offers several leadership approaches toward maximizing leaders within diverse places.

He is proficient in establishing creative ways of creating inclusive environments in changing organizational systems and communities.  Terry offers several unique tips on conflict resolution within diverse settings and develops training models to use among corporate organizations, non-profits and families.  Terry is also completing his PhD in Clinical Psychology at Walden University.

Front Porch Wisdom

Front Porch Wisdom came about by two ladies (I , Teresa Schofield) and Betty Parks, whos a business lady inside Roseville, Ca. While sitting down over lunch and discussing visions and ideas,  the name Front Porch Wisdom was presented to me. I automatically thought about the movie The Color Purple, starring Whoopi Goldberg and Danny Glover.  Front Porch Wisdom is an international foundation reaching out to a variety of women.

 The rest is history. FPW's focus is to help women build relationships, Physically, Socially, Spiritually and Emotionally.
